BRITDOCS GoodPitch Forum at Tribeca 2010

AN AMERICAN PROMISE is one of eight films that has been selected to pitch at the 2010 BRITDOCS GoodPitch Forum at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival.
The pitch sessions will take place on Tuesday, April 27th at the Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian in New York City.

AN AMERICAN PROMISE invited to COSEBOC Gathering of Leaders
February 2nd, 2010:
On April 23rd, Michele Stephenson and Joe Brewster of the Rada Film Group will present scenes from An American Promise to the national gathering of the Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color (COSEBOC) in Washington, DC.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion and a Q&A surrounding some of the issues explored in the film.

AN AMERICAN PROMISE receives support from the Fledgling Fund!

We are honored to be among the projects awarded a grant for 2010 from the Fledgling Fund Creative Media initiative to fund the outreach campaign for AN AMERICAN PROMISE.
This will help us get our ambitious, innovative outreach campaign off the ground, as we continue to form partnerships with organizations eager to use An American Promise in their activism towards ensuring quality education for all children.
A great big thank you to all the folks at the Fledgling Fund for believing in the potential of AN AMERICAN PROMISE to affect social change.
